Join us for a relaxing and productive day as we welcome the renowned willow artist Deb Hart to the Hub! This hands-on workshop is designed to introduce you to the ancient, sustainable craft of willow weaving in a friendly and supportive environment. Under Deb’s expert guidance, you will learn the fundamental techniques of "working the willow" to create two unique pieces of garden art: a functional bird feeder, perfect for supporting your local wildlife, and a whimsical garden snail to add a touch of handmade charm to your flower beds.
What to Expect
This session is specifically tailored for beginners. You don’t need any prior experience or "crafty" fingers to join in; Deb will walk you through each tuck and weave step-by-step. We provide all the organic, UK-grown willow and the tools you need to complete your projects.
